【Introduction】
The kit uses the alkaline lysis method to lyse the cells, and then specifically binds the plasmid DNA in the solution under high-salt conditions through a unique separation of magnetic beads and a buffer system. The plasmid DNA extracted by this kit can be applied to various routine operations, including restriction digestion, PCR, sequencing, ligation, transformation, library screening, in vitro translation, transfection of some conventional passage cells, etc.
This kit is suitable for extracting plasmid DNA of Escherichia coli (1-2 mL overnight culture, OD660 = 1.7-2.0).
